About Claire

Claire began kayaking at university back in 1986. Twenty years later it is still her hobby as well as now being her profession.
She has been involved in a variety of paddlesport disciplines over the years, but her passion is for Open Canoes and Sea Kayaks - craft that enable you to journey and so to explore remoter areas that may otherwise be inaccessible.


 


She has coached paddlesports and guided trips throughout the UK as well in Europe, Canada, and the US.


 


She holds the highest British Canoe Union qualification, the Level 5 Coach award, in both Canoe and Sea Kayak.
